Galllery offers original art pieces for sale and rent to customers. Our website provides detailed information about each art piece, including size, medium, artist, and price.

To purchase or rent art pieces, users must register for an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of art pieces on our website constitutes a non-binding invitation to treat. By placing an order through our website, you make a binding offer to purchase or rent the selected art piece. The contract is concluded when we send an email confirmation of your order.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are stated in Euros and include VAT, where applicable. Shipping costs are additional and will be displayed during the checkout process. Payment can be made via the payment methods offered on our website.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver art pieces to addresses within and outside Germany. The delivery times vary and will be provided with the order confirmation. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
